Your Core Contributions To The Team
Lead business intelligence development efforts in the implementation and use of software tools and systems, including Fonteva (Salesforce), Tableau, Microsoft Access, and others as needed.
Design, code, test, and document new or modified business intelligence systems, applications, and programs.
Provide analytical support, data, recommendations, and analysis to all departments.
Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, KPIs, and business uses of data to provide clear data visualizations and analysis.
Drive consistency in reporting and analysis across all of CCIM.
Develop the semantic layer, metadata, and report definitions.
Participate in the tracking and resolution of report/data quality issues.
Design and deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary.
Troubleshoot business intelligence tools, systems, and software; performance-tun these applications as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide continual improvement in business intelligence and systems landscape at CCIM.
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with all departments/staff to support them with any data, dashboards, or reporting needs.
Identify, document, and maintain documentation of business process used at CCIM.

4+ years’ experience in reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of financial and data reporting principles.
Experience with SQL.
Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Web Focus, Cognos, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adaptive or other industry leading business intelligence tools.
