HOW YOU'LL SERVE OUR ORGANIZATION:
The EVENT FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE, ideally located in Nashville or Chicago, is responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of sponsorships sold for all client events, both in-person and virtual. This position will work closely with all members of the event team to ensure successful planning and support of all exhibit hall components and ensure effective communication is in place with all sponsors.
Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Lead coordination of all aspects of events tradeshows (pre-planning, onsite execution and post-event wrap-up)
Proactively and effectively communicate with all sponsors regarding event milestones and fulfillment needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
Lead development of all exhibitor communications, including the exhibitor manual for all events
Support exhibit hall planning and sponsor booth placement
WHAT WE'LL ASK FOR:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a related field
2+ years of relevant experience, including meeting/event/tradeshow planning
Excellent knowledge of meeting industry terminology and comprehensive knowledge of meeting planning, tradeshow and registration processes
Familiarity with venues, facilities, convention centers and convention city packages throughout the country; experience with international meetings and tradeshows preferred
Proven project management experience including the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Ability to work directly with clients in a service-oriented manner
Exceptional interpersonal skills, detail orientation and accountability
Proficiency with basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite products
Frequent travel required
