Provides project management, coordination, and support to the implementation and management of the physical therapy outcome registry.
Contributes client management/customer service expertise to registry team, and executes and oversees daily registry client operations, including enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing client support
Collaborates with APTA Quality staff and Practice staff, consultants, and member experts in the ongoing development and operation of the registry
Primary contact with practices participating in the Physical Therapy Outcomes Registry and technical platform client account manager.
Bachelors’ degree with at least 3-years health care association operations, healthcare information technology, or quality improvement experience preferred.
Previous experience working with clinical registries or quality improvement programs strongly preferred.
Experience working with clients and sales management systems, FreshDesk and FreshSales preferred.
Experience scheduling webinars and managing high volume electronic communication preferred.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills required
Highly organized, proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines required
Strong oral and written communication skills required
Ability to contribute to resource development for registry clients and stakeholders required
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholder required
Ability to be mobile
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (3-5 times/year)
