The YPO Chief Services Officer (CSO) is a critical role in providing the foundation for exceptional experiences for all members. The CSO develops the strategic playbook that plans and oversees the launching of global events in partnership with YPO members.
Success is dependent upon collaboration with members and other key stakeholders at every touch point. From early logistics, to onsite execution and evaluation of the learning ROI, experiential networking and incentive programs.
The CSO will be traveling globally and on a daily basis, this leader will communicate with diverse professionals located throughout the world.
Minimum of 15 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in operational positions.
Extensive global events experience throughout career.
Proven process design, implementation and continual improvement experience with an aspect of quality – either Six Sigma or related methodology.
Proven business acumen and emotional intelligence as an operations/executive leader as demonstrated by prior results.
Natural curiosity to learn more and a distinct entrepreneurial attitude.
Oversight of at least 30 people including multiple senior level direct reports.
Successful experience reporting and/or leading boards or committees.
Proven track record in implementing and managing new technologies for data gathering, process efficiencies and product planning based upon data.
Telecommuting is allowed.
