Individual needed to serve as Executive Director for two non-profit professional associations (International Association of Applied Psychology and Noah Worcester Dermatological Society) within HollandParlette, an established national association management firm.
The Executive Director, under the direction each group’s Board of Directors and HollandParlette’s Managing Principal, will provide leadership, development strategies, organizational development, strategic direction, financial and budgeting oversight, and supervise all programs, projects, and administrative activities of both IAAP and NOAH. Key responsibilities for this position also include fundraising/development and educational delivery / meeting planning.

Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 5 years of related association experience. Successful candidates must have demonstrated success in overall management of a membership-based organization and a budget of more $300,000 in either an Executive Director or Associate Director position.
Candidate should be well-organized and possess solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, and experience working with database applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Small, fast-paced office environment. Some travel required (approximately 2-3 weeks each year).
