Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a high performing Digital Marketing Coordinator to join ASCO’s Communications and Marketing department. The selected candidate will develop and execute the marketing of ASCO programs by providing construction and coordination of email campaigns and workflows and provide copywriting and quality control across multiple channels including omnichannel marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

What you will do:
Work with Communication and Marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create omnichannel digital strategies and campaigns focused on product sales and user engagement for ASCO programs such as eLearning courses, Self-Evaluation Programs, Educational Books, and Meeting Library
Execute email campaigns using Adobe Campaign, as well as direct mail, print and online advertising, paid social, and other campaigns, including copywriting, identifying target audiences, developing segmentation plans, and performing QA
Coordinate the design and implementation of creative materials, including print ads, web banners, and social media promotions, working with vendors and internal stakeholders
Track and report performance measurements of campaign tactics
Continually test marketing campaigns and optimize for conversions in send times, subject lines, list segmentation, format, etc.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team including invoice processing, budgeting, and meeting scheduling
What you will need in order to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a marketing agency, internal marketing department, or association
1-2 years of experience in email marketing, specifically experience in executing email campaigns within Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) or a similar system (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
Additional digital marketing experience preferred, including advertising, pay per click and social media
Strong copywriting and copyediting skills
Tech savvy with an openness to quickly embrace and learn new technology
Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
Self-managed with proven skills to use initiative, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize work
Ability to travel 10 days per year (domestic)
