Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a high performing Membership Administrator with at least 3-5 years of related experience to join our Member Services department. The selected candidate will support department initiatives and activities related to membership growth and retention.

What you will do:
Work with Development Team on project fulfillment, copywriting, review, and editing communication, including membership mailings, e-mails, and calling programs, website, digital, and printed promotional materials, and list selections for promotions
Assist with Recruitment and Retention programs including administering transition programs, member calls, and reports supporting recruitment and retention programs
Perform data integrity tasks including updating membership information, processing and reporting undeliverable correspondence, and assisting on general data and demographic clean up in CRM
Provide general reporting and ad-hoc stats for team and department requests
Coordinate, deploy, and analyze results and statistics of e-mail programs, including monthly member communications, member exit surveys and onboarding/first year communications
Travel for Annual Meeting and Member Exhibits as requested and contribute to on site member recruitment and retention initiatives
Assist with new staff training and other department activities, as needed
What you will need in order to be successful:
Bachelor's degree, or sufficient years of related experience in lieu of degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Integrated Email Marketing Platforms (Exact Target ideal but not required)
Fluent in Microsoft Dynamic or a related CRM/AMS or a membership database.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control (brand protection)
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications
Excellent written communication skills (would appreciate a writing or copy-editing sample)
Ability to effectively handle numerous issues, tasks and assignments
Skills to deliver excellent, solution focused, customer service
Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt and implement processes and procedures
Ability to travel 5-10 days a year (international and domestic)
Ideal candidates will also contribute:
Prior experience working in a non-profit or association, preferably within the membership area/department, and an understanding of the membership life cycle
