What you’ll own:
•Design and create engaging, effective e-Learning courses. This includes creating SCORM content using Storyline and other e-Learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release; maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses
•Produce instructional design documents such as storyboards, scripts, media lists and assessment tools in accordance with defined style guides such as Brand, etc.
•Maintain relevant project documentation and timelines
•Communicate efficiently and timely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members globally and locally
•Manage a suite of projects related to HRCI programs and products
•Lead projects from initial planning and design through implementation and deployment
•Identify areas for process improvement that make it easier for customers and partners to do business with HRCI
•Collaborate and work in conjunction with the Director, Product Development in selected vendor management and other strategic relationships

What you’ll bring to the job:
•Bachelor’s Degree, required; Master’s degree, desirable in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
•3 – 5 years of experience as an e-Learning Developer or Instructional Designer
•3+ years of corporate training experience, preferably in the design, development and delivery of training
•Experience using one of the following authoring tools, required: Storyline, Articulate or Captivate
•Experience with certification practices, highly desirable
•HR industry knowledge or certification (i.e. PHR, SPHR, GPHR), a plus
•Business certification (PMP, CAE, CPLP, CPTM, TTA), a plus
