What you'll do:
Provide support for processes related to the composition and structure of all RSNA committees and task forces, the ecosystem of individuals who volunteer or are recommended for appointment, appointments and nominations on behalf of RSNA to Boards and committees of other organizations, and the management of committee and volunteer data.
Provide support to prepare materials for Board meetings and various Board events throughout the year.
Provide support to event management staff, including managing travel reservations, processing reimbursement requests, and assists with event set up at Annual Meeting.
Provide general support to department, including scheduling, managing office supplies, preparing meeting materials, and various clerical tasks.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree required
Two or more years of experience in an administrative capacity preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
Proficiency in database management software, Adobe, PowerPoint and Outlook, preferred
Must handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts effectively, professionally and diplomatically with individuals at all levels, including Board members and staff.
