The American Dental Association is dedicated to promoting the public's health through its initiatives in research, education, advocacy, public awareness and the development of standards. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator administers day-to-day operations of the Council on Dental Education and Licensure. The position supports the members and staff of the Council, coordinating arrangements and follow-up activities for in-person and teleconference meetings of the Council and its subcommittees and other meetings as assigned by the Director. This position analyzes and revises ADA policies to ensure relevancy and currency and develops proposed new policy. The position also provides full administrative support for the director and as-needed support to the Council's two managers.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative, project management and database management experience.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, work independently and in project teams, focus on details; think critically in a rapidly changing environment.
