We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual with good communication skills to join the Project Management Department.
Essential functions of the Project Manager (Business Analyst – IT) position:
Responsible for one or more software development projects
Work with various project teams establishing the 3 main project parameters: scope, time, and cost
Track projects daily, ensuring that projects are moving forward on schedule and providing management with status reports
Capture business requirements through process diagrams or use cases and transform the requirements into operational software and systems meeting quality standards
Ensure that software is high quality through writing and executing tests such as regression tests, integration tests, or simple functional tests and documenting processes for future projects

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree, Certification or equivalent in CS, MIS, or a related field.
Five to seven years’ experience writing business requirements.
Three to five years’ experience managing software development projects.
Minimum 1-year experience working in an Agile development environment and Scrum framework.
Minimum 1-year experience documenting requirements for a Customer Relations Management Software
