Secure sponsorship and exhibit partnerships, cultivate relationships, and renew and upgrade their support.
Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Manager Duties:
Identify and solicit meeting and event exhibitors and sponsors
Work with client committees to identify opportunities
Manage development of prospectus for 3 - 4 events a year
Serve as onsite contact for corporate sponsors at 3 - 4 events a year
Ensure exhibit and sponsor payments are invoiced and collected
Manage fulfillment of all exhibit and sponsor benefits and entitlement
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collegial, collaborative style
Good decision-making skills
Creativity, sense of humor, high energy level, and an enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of individuals
Strong sense of fundraising ethics and respect for confidentiality of donor information

Professional experience in fundraising and sponsorships
Professional experience in association management
