National telecom association seeks individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Member Engagement Division. This position will generate membership dues invoices, setup and process event registrations, respond to member inquiries, administer and track surveys, process new member applications, provide data entry into association management system and a variety of administrative tasks for the association meeting and conferences as well as membership administration.
Successful candidate will ae strong organizational and technical computer aptitude, the ability to multitask, learn processes and procedures for coordinating a successful meeting and customer service skills. Must have strong interpersonal, proofreading and project management skills. Knowledge of database systems and Advanced MS office preferred.
