AAPC is seeking a business professional to support and grow our more than 500 national chapters and expanding international presence. The successful candidate will manage and lead operational projects of this non-profit division of AAPC and work closely with business unit leaders to assist in formulating the overall Local Chapters strategy and ensure its successful execution.
Champion and drive innovative strategies and tactics for increased attendance, engagement, and growth (domestically and internationally)
Cultivate and expand upon the key benefits of local chapters to ensure strong member retention and new member growth
Embrace and develop web technology without compromising in-person chapter engagements, including social media strategies
Improve the value proposition of local chapters including benefits, services, and overall experience
Directly support chapter officers and members with communication, training, resources, software, and solutions
Develop and own the analytics surrounding the business of local chapters: retention rate, growth rates, engagement rates
Strong knowledge of social media
Excellent written/oral communication skills (group facilitation and presentation ability a plus)
Customer centric focus and excellent interpersonal skills
Project Management Skills
Very strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Management of membership organizations, local chapters or similar services preferred
