Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) voted a “Best Place to Work” for seven years in a row, seeks a detail oriented individual to provide administrative support to our meetings department with focus on registration function.
This entry level position has database responsibility for all registration data for meetings ranging from 100-800 people. Must have:
Database experience (Avectra AMS a plus)
Meeting/hospitality industry background
Two years solid office experience
Above average administrative and technical skills
Superior attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to travel approximately 10 days per year
