Maintain and update the organization’s websites with content including event announcements, photos, news articles, newsletters, press releases, etc.
Oversee and write engaging content for SNAC International social media outlets
Create, develop and distribute email communications to inform members of key events and, generally, market the association’s events and services to the industry
Write and distribute content for weekly e-newsletter and biannual magazine
Work with outside vendors to review marketing communications ensuring consistent use of brand guidelines.
Assist with general membership support: renewals, membership applications, thank-you letters, certificates, etc.
Write copy for marketing pieces including advertisements (print and digital), email, websites, direct mail, signage, brochures, newsletters (print and digital), letters and other marketing projects.
Provide general staff support for annual meetings including creating branded visuals and promotions, taking photographs, conducting interviews, etc.
Database maintenance and management
Assist with administration of Association store (processing and filling product orders)
Experience or proficiency in:
Adobe Pro DC
Canva, Picmonkey, or any kind of graphic design software
All Microsoft Office Applications
AMS system/HTML broadcast email platforms (desired, but not required)
