The Executive Office Manager provides administrative management of administrative and financial staff at the Office of the Executive Director. Under general direction of the Executive Director (OED), provides a variety of advanced administrative services that involved frequent exercise of independent judgment. These services are in support of the OED Executive Director, the Board of Directors, Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc. (CRCPD) membership, and others interested in CRCPD activities, and include the following: Providing direct supervision of the on-site OED staff and ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Meeting planning and management for conferences and Board meetings. Providing advanced administrative and secretarial assistance to the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, and committees. Development and updates to organization's administrative documents. Manage travel responsibilities for organization.
Five years experience in a position of administrative management. College degree may be substituted for 3 years of experience. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and exercise independent judgment. Supervisory skills; ability to lead and train staff. Proficiency in working with computer software and typing/keyboarding. l Ability to motivate and work well with people. Ability to travel.
Additional Salary Information: 37.5 hour workweek
