What This Job is About:
This position serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and will lead multiple function areas including communications, marketing, membership, meetings, Human Resources and education. Working closely with the CEO, will support our core competencies of collaboration, high performance, accountability, respect and trust. AMCP is a highly collaborative environment and requires candidates that are able to develop and execute sound operational practices and represent the CEO at internal and external meetings.

Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years of senior level experience within health care or association or non-profit management
Strong knowledge of health care and health policy
Experience working with Boards and Committees
Positively leads key areas and delivering results
Fosters and builds relationships with key stakeholders
Experience with managing teams, committees, and budget
Adapts quickly to new information, requirements, and priorities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
