The American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) is seeking an energetic, creative, highly organized professional to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the manager for corporate projects initiated through the ACP Education Foundation. This is not a fundraising position. The job involves working with the Executive Director, in collaboration with the development consultant, and volunteer leaders to plan, coordinate, communicate, and document all aspects of corporate funded projects with the expressed responsibility of integrating the multiple streams of work into a cohesive, coordinated plan and executing the logistics of each project. This position will also manage the administrative components including project budgets, of individual and corporate funded projects.
Serve as primary staff liaison to all corporate focused projects and ensure effective communication between all volunteer workgroups.
Transform goals, objectives, and requirements into project plans that clearly outline: scope/expectations, timeline, and resource utilization.
Partner with the Executive Director, development consultant, volunteer leaders, and other stakeholders to understand goals, objectives, and requirements.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure project contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Monitor and control project to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Maintain all individual and corporate donor and prospect files, including electronic and hard copies.
Track and process all individual, corporate, and foundation gifts and pledges, including online donations.
Manage donor acknowledgement process and maintain donor database.
