The Association Program Manager position will work on a variety of elements related to association management for three national associations. Areas will include, but are not limited to, social media, marketing, communication, websites, awards programs, board elections, publication development, certification, membership, sales and additional program management.
This position will work directly with a client management team, company departments and volunteer leadership and reports to the Association Account Executive. This position may require 3 - 5 days of travel per year and is non-exempt from overtime compensation.
The primary work of the position will be as follows: 20% social media and website marketing; 10% product and trade show marketing and management; 45% general program management; 20% general administration and the remainder will be specific projects as directed by the Association Account Executive. Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as negotiation skills
Knowledge of computers and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access
Good leadership skills with the potential for further development
Understanding of budget control, expenses, and allocations
Attentive to details
