The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to assume the role of Director, Regulatory Policy. Position is accountable for research and writing of budget, acquisition, and defense-industrial policies related to the activities of the Executive Branch. S/he will provide value-added communications on regulatory actions to NDIA members and value-added information and education on policy matters that impact defense industry to executive branch staff (Departments of Defense, State, Commerce, Treasury and Homeland Security; Executive Office of the President [NSC, NEC, HSC, and OMB]; and other departments/agencies as required). Under the leadership and supervision of the Senior VP, Policy, individual will also support major initiatives, special projects, corporate communications, and other activities. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in a related role or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s Degree a plus.
