The Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) seeks association personnel to support the development of member services for a professional association of CPAs based in Brentwood, Tennessee. TSCPA provides a variety of programs and services for over 10,000 members from across the state. Qualified applicants should possess communication, organization, and leadership skills necessary to develop association programs in areas of continuing education, meetings management, social media, marketing, membership development, publications, or public relations.
Principal Responsibilities and Applicant Characteristics
Work with other senior leaders to assess TSCPA programs and develop business models to support strategic goals of the Society.
Continuing Education – Works with other Society staff to develop a diverse education program. Identifies new learning formats, trends, and strategies.
Membership – Works with other staff to develop recruitment and retention programs to grow TSCPA membership and create programs and services to meet member needs.
Communications – Works in concert with other senior leaders to develop overall TSCPA communication strategy to effectively build loyalty to the TSCPA brand.
Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
Association management experience or experience in a leadership position preferred.
Effective written and verbal communications skills.
Detail oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
