Job Level: Full-Time Staff Position The incumbent will function as a member of the Finance and Administration Team and reports to the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology.
The CRM Administrator provides end-user support and troubleshooting for personnel. Participate on development and improvement on current Microsoft Dynamics CRM, O365, and other business platforms. This position works with the AVP, IT on the implementation of innovative technologies. He or she also plays a role in coordinating upgrade initiatives, including assisting the IT Director facilitating activities such as upgrading systems with the latest versions of software, the rollout of new hardware and training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the point person for business platforms, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, O365.
Provide business analytics to Mental Health First Aid leadership team.
Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows.
Conduct initial and ongoing training.
Responds in a timely fashion to end users’ needs and concerns relating to computer business applications and general systems issues.
Diagnoses and resolves technical problems, prevents problem escalation and provides solution tracking.
Should have experience in managing the issues via incident reporting system.
Trains, instructs and educates groups and individuals in a team environment.
Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur.
Protects the organization by keeping information confidential
Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016, 2015, 2013, 2011)
3+ years managing CRM technology projects, including gathering and documenting business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows, reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application bugs
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 certification desired
Understanding of ERP systems
MS SQL working knowledge
Working understanding of PowerShell
SSRS report writing experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
Ability to capture business requirements and create system design documentation
Ability to do light Dynamics CRM system configurations A PLUS
Ability to build CRM reports and dashboards
Ability to do simple data uploads to Dynamics CRM
Ability to conduct end user training
General understanding of 3rd party CRM add-ons such as click dimensions
