CREW Network, a global business networking association based in Lawrence, KS seeks a Chief Learning Officer. Responsibilities for this newly formed position include development and coordination of learning objectives for educational programs offered by CREW Network to members and industry leaders, speaker selection, facilitation of learning events, and supervision of meeting logistics and programming. Responsibilites will include:
Serve as the staff liaison for CREW Network’s Member Education Committee to select speakers and presentation content for the annual Convention.
Select keynote speakers for the annual CREW Network Convention.
Supervise the logistic arrangements and facilitation of the annual Convention and Marketplace.
Select speakers and program content for the CREW Network Leadership Summit meetings (2 per year) that is primarily geared toward leadership training for chapter leaders.
Oversee the CREW Network Leadership Certificate program which includes selection of speakers and program content for each of the three sessions held annually.
Manage the online mentor matching for the Leadership Certificate program participants.
Select content and speakers for online educational webinar events. Serve as host for webinars. (currently 2-3 per year).
Assist with developing and implement an HR Forum event for industry leaders annually.
Work with speakers to clarify learning objectives, produce attendee materials, and assist with presentation needs.
Develop education content strategies and implement supporting initiatives.
Provide program evaluation and assessment of learning objectives.
Oversee CREW Network’s educational strategy.
Manage the CREW Network speaker’s bureau and assist CREW Network chapters with selection of speakers for local events.
General Requirements: Successful candidate will have at least ten years of managing educational programs, personal training, and other professional development initiatives. The ability to coordinate content delivery and select appropriate speakers is critical to successfully advance our educational programming. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design or other related field of study, required. Experience with association educational programming as well as commercial real estate practices and operations is preferred.
