The Executive Office Specialist is responsible for a broad spectrum of activities that facilitate the effective exchange of information across the association contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives and operational success. This individual will coordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Director, ensuring proactive, collaborative communication, comprehensive calendar management and meeting execution, including travel management and detailed agenda development and follow-up. The Executive Office Specialist is an important part of the Governance team supporting successful execution of organizational initiatives.
