Account Coordinator (Software as a Service Company in Arlington, VA) As an Account Coordinator, you will be working in our Arlington, VA headquarters to help ensure account related issues (paperwork and billing) are handled promptly and professionally.
Your daily responsibilities will include reaching out to customers throughout the year to ensure their renewal paperwork and billing details are kept up to date.
You will act as the first point of contact and liaison between the customer and the account manager or specialists.
Must Have Qualifications
Previous experience in a phone based customer service role (e.g. Membership Renewals, Executive Assistant, Doctor’s Office Manager, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service)
Must be able to commute to Ballston Virginia daily
Must be able to demonstrate details-oriented behavior with prior work history
