Summary of Position:
Serves as administrator, project manager, client specialist, and user support for National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI’s) Learning Management System (LMS) that can be utilized by NAA’s 160 state and local apartment associations. Serves as a liaison to NAA’s Information Technology Department to ensure the integrity of NAAEI’s data in the Nimble (Salesforce) system. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Manages NAAEI Learning Management System (LMS)
Provides regular LMS system support and training for state and local association staff and members
Generates custom reports, aggregates usage and communicates activity across the entire LMS platform
Offers continual live phone and email support for LMS issues, in coordination with the Client Solutions Team
Distributes marketing content to local associations, helping them launch and regularly publicize their LMS and education offerings
Develops training using webinars or instructional design authoring tools
Education Database Management
Serves as Point of Contact for the Information Technology (IT) department on all education-related database issues, including the integrity of NAAEI’s data
Manages the credential renewal process
Manages education order invoicing and accounts receivable
Manages issuance of credential certificates and digital badges
NAAEI Event & Webinar Management
Manages the process for scheduling the event, creating the registration details in the database, monitoring enrollment as well as liaison for collecting the invoices of any unpaid registrations
3+ years providing internal and/or external customer service.
3+ years of experience working with LMS systems.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access, Salesforce or other database.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to multitask, must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
3+ years of project management experience.
Experience delivering information through GotoMeeting or similar webinar platform
Basic knowledge of HTML, SCORM, CSS
Ability to analyze complex situations and create efficient solutions
