NBAA is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide outstanding customer service to NBAA’s members. This position will be responsible for membership dues billing, application processing, information requests and other tasks related to meeting members’ needs.

NBAA seeks candidates who have outstanding interpersonal communication, strong problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail, as well as the ability to exercise discretion and sound independent judgment. Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in a membership organization, a customer service background and knowledge of the business aviation industry. iMIS and Crystal Reports experience is desirable
