VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism marketing corporation for the State of Florida, has an opening for an Industry Relations Coordinator. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, communications, customer service, tourism/hospitality or related field. This position provides customer service, membership retention, database maintenance, billing, collections and administrative support. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Must be detail-orientated and proficient with MS office products. Experience working with databases and Salesforce is a plus.
