We are looking for a creative and energetic candidate with experience in marketing and/or meeting coordination to be a key player on our team. This is an entry level position with growth possibilities for someone interested in serving an organization within the non-profit sector. Working within a cross-functional team, the Marketing & Meeting Coordinator supports the Meeting & Conferences Manager and is responsible for performing essential marketing and meeting support functions such as executing the marketing/communications plan and assisting in coordinating and disseminating meeting materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate promotional plans for membership meetings and events
Assist in the development of marketing communication collateral
Tracking campaign effectiveness and make improvements based upon results
Assist with the development, implementation and measurement of marketing and communications plans
Assist in extending communication to social media platforms
Support the operations of association educational programs and events from the RFP process through the evaluation reporting process
