Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association is a not for profit trade association with nearly 1,000 members. We are looking for someone to join our team who enjoys interacting with others, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and can multi-task. We believe in supporting one another through teamwork and contributing to the success of the organization as well as each other. We also provide a healthy benefits package.
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: answering phones, processing payments, filing, and invoicing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Officer and HBA staff.
Run company’s errands to post office and bank
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Complete event and class registrations and process membership payments, sponsor payments and assist with bookstore orders
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Provide administrative support to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Assists in maintaining accurate membership data in WebLink
Prepare deposits as needed
Prepare and mail membership and council invoices
Assist with preparing the membership directory annually
Other duties as assigned
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects
Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills on the phone and in person
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
2+ years hands on administrative support experience
Working knowledge of WebLink Association Management Software a plus
