Administrative, Clerical, Support, Customer Service and Support
Job Summary: Coordinate on an ongoing basis activities related to certificate processing and mailing and assigned data entry. Assist with an online calendar of renewal programs and with coordinating logistical meeting needs for multiple volunteer committees. Provide customer service assistance for application processing, candidate eligibility, testing, certification and renewal. ________________________________________________________________________
Goals & Objectives for Current Year:
Provide operational efficiencies while improving customer service
Effectively assist with program growth needs
Maintain detailed and accurate electronic and hard copy records as assigned
Provide effective and professional communications and services to stakeholders
Successfully obtain Pearson VUE Certified Test Administrator certification
Open, date and process all incoming mail and faxes.
Provide courteous informed information in response to stakeholder’s calls, emails and faxes.
Processing of certification exam and renewal applications.
Process exam and renewal payments as required.
Processing and mailing certificate packages and maintaining adequate inventory of certification materials.
Assist in data entry related to renewal provider programs as required.
Assist with maintaining online calendar of renewal programs.
Coordinate logistical meeting needs for multiple certification volunteer committees as assigned.
Maintain periodic schedule of review of the InfoComm certification website.
Pull database reports and maintain records as required.
Assist with auditing of applications & surveillance program requirements. Assist Certification Programs Specialist with mobile testing events
Cross train with other certification staff as a team.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Position is FLSA Non-Exempt
Qualifications & Skills:
High School or equivalent education required, additional business or college level degree and/or equivalent satisfactory work experience preferred.
2 years responsible office experience preferably including certification programs
Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
Excellent customer service experience and ability to deal with difficult people
Experience in data base management and working knowledge of computer software
Ability to work as a team and cross train
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
