The continuing education department collaborates daily with staff in the meetings and communications departments as well as with our clients to ensure Continuing Education initiatives are administered correctly. You will be coordinating medical nursing and other credit for our association clients.
The ideal professional has strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, great customer service skills, a strong sense of professionalism and that nagging feeling when t’s aren’t crossed or i’s dotted. As a “master scheduler,” you are guided by deadlines and can artfully and professionally encourage speaker compliance, and love knowing your contributions and ability to take things across the finish line means our company and our associations will succeed.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: You will ensure that all client events are accredited (as applicable) by completing applications, reporting attendance, issuing certificates and any other documentation required to accomplish that goal.
Coordinate payment of fees, track state approvals and report attendance for accredited events.
Prepare and distribute attendance certificates to attendees of approved programs.
Assist with day-of event procedures and ensure requirements are enforced.
Collect needed materials/forms from speakers and send to accrediting bodies
Maintain appropriate timeliness
Monitor application processes
Research and respond to client inquiries regarding credit and sessions attended.

Associate’s degree or equivalent
1-3 years experience in administrative roles, project or program management
Strong skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Amazing organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with registrants, presenters and accrediting bodies
We anticipate this to be a 25-30 hour per week job.
